Within this framework, the Gold Collection Program is the specific regularization line focused on the historical catalog. Its purpose is to review legacy contracts, identify ISRC codes, distributors, platforms, and payment beneficiaries, verify chain of title, and enable lawful exploitation only after documentary verification and human review.

Any conflicting claim must be supported by complete and verifiable documentation, including chain of title and payment records.

In the digital environment, DYON PRODUCCIONES may participate in the distribution of sound recordings on audio-only (streaming) platforms, pursuant to express, prior, and verifiable licenses granted by PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC., the global administrator of digital and audiovisual rights.
DYON PRODUCCIONES conducts its digital activities in coordination with PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC., within the framework of format-specific authorizations (audio-only).
Audiovisual uses, synchronization, Content ID management, and exploitation on video platforms are subject to separate, project-based authorizations.

5.EXCLUSIVITY POLICY — PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC.
Digital and audiovisual administration and exploitation are exclusively assigned to PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC.
Any audiovisual recording prior to the year 2025 may be reevaluated based on its specific case and type of use, and may require regularization or updating in accordance with current policies.
Unauthorized uses may be subject to review, with possible measures including content removal, monetization redirection, or legal actions as applicable.

6.OSCAR PEREZ DIGITAL CULTURAL LEGACY PROGRAM
Any party seeking recognition, monetization, revenue participation, or rights-based treatment in connection with content associated with OSCAR PEREZ CON LA ALEGRE FORMULA NUEVA is invited to participate in the Oscar Perez Digital Cultural Legacy Program.
As a condition prior to any recognition of rights, monetization request, blocking request, revenue-sharing discussion, or platform action, the interested party must first complete the designated rights verification form and submit the required regularization documents for documentary and financial review.

Such audiovisual works may incorporate verified archival elements and may, where appropriate, include limited portions of phonograms strictly within the context of an independent audiovisual production intended for cultural preservation, documentation, or authorized legacy presentation.
This limited inclusion does not, by itself:
- transfer or expand third-party rights
- validate unverified ownership assertions
- authorize third-party digital exploitation
- confer control over the audiovisual work as a whole
PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. does not publish audiovisual content containing full phonograms as a basis for third-party monetization recognition unless the relevant rights have first been verified through documentary review.
