FORMAL RIGHTS VERIFICATION NOTICE AND ROYALTY ACCOUNTING REQUEST

PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. formally notifies any aggregator, digital distributor, record label, rights representative, employee, agent, affiliate, or member of its team that if any party has declared ownership, delivered content, activated monetization, submitted Content ID/Rights Manager claims, received platform payments, restricted official content, or represented rights related to OSCAR PEREZ CON LA ALEGRE FORMULA NUEVA® without complete, current, and verifiable documentation, such activity must be immediately reviewed, suspended, corrected, and disclosed for human review.

Any unsupported exploitation of author rights, performer rights, neighboring rights, phonographic rights, audiovisual rights, digital rights, Content ID rights, Rights Manager rights, monetization rights, payment beneficiary status, or registered trademark use may constitute unauthorized digital exploitation, false rights declaration, interference with official rights administration, and unauthorized use of registered trademarks.

The submitting party is required to identify all ISRCs, UPCs, Asset IDs, Content ID assets, Rights Manager assets, digital distributors, aggregators, platforms, declared rights owners, payment beneficiaries, payment periods, royalty amounts, and all persons or entities that received payments from the first digital use date to the present.

If the submitting party cannot provide express written authorization, trademark license, digital/audiovisual authorization, full chain of title, platform asset data, and royalty payment records, the party must cease and desist from further unsupported exploitation, monetization, claiming, blocking, restriction, or platform enforcement related to the artist, works, performances, recordings, audiovisual materials, and registered trademarks pending human review by PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC.

Submission of this form does not create authorization, license, rights recognition, payment entitlement, trademark permission, Content ID authority, Rights Manager authority, or platform enforcement authority. PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. reserves all rights, including the right to dispute, suspend, redirect, audit, reject, escalate, or seek correction of unsupported claims, payments, metadata, assets, deliveries, and monetization flows.
