However, complete concert recordings, full-performance uploads, monetized publications and repeated unverified uses may require review.

Good-Faith Fan Recording

This includes official artist videos, authorized archive material, published platform assets, audiovisual productions, promotional materials, album-related visuals, artist performances and materials connected to the official digital cultural legacy framework.

  • No unauthorized re-upload of official materials
  • No unauthorized editing, cutting or remixing of official audiovisual works
  • No unauthorized monetization of official or artist-related content
  • No misleading upload that appears official without authorization
  • No unauthorized use of album covers, marks or platform assets

  • No unauthorized Rights Manager asset or enforcement action

Authorized Digital Legacy Editing & New Independent Works

As authorized digital administrator, PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. may restore, edit, transform, compile, publish or create new independent works from materials owned, controlled, licensed, submitted for authorization, or otherwise lawfully available for official digital legacy purposes.

When good-faith third-party content is considered for inclusion within the artist’s digital cultural legacy, PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. will seek to identify and credit contributors whenever reasonably possible and appropriate, subject to verification, platform conditions and rights clearance.

Good-Faith Contribution Standard

Tagging @OSCARPEREZFANSOFICIAL helps identify, verify and preserve content connected to the artist’s legacy. Public posting or tagging does not automatically grant a license, assignment, monetization right, Content ID right, Rights Manager right, trademark authorization or commercial exploitation right.

When Verification May Be Required

Verification may be required when content becomes commercial, monetized, confusing, rights-claiming, trademark-related, platform-enforced, repeatedly published or connected to payment-beneficiary activity.

Possible Platform Review Consequences

This policy protects Oscar Perez, his private life, his family, his artistic team, authorized representatives, collaborators, administrators, digital-rights representatives, PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC., its officers, directors, team members, contractors, agents and authorized representatives.

This policy applies to false, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, misleading, harassing, privacy-invasive or unsupported factual allegations directed against any protected party.

Expression Is Respected

Lawful opinions, artistic commentary, criticism and public discussion are recognized as part of digital communication. This policy is not intended to suppress lawful expression or good-faith discussion.

False Claims Are Not Permitted

The following conduct is not permitted when directed at the artist, his family, his team, PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC., its representatives, protected marks, protected identity or related rights.

  • Defamatory, slanderous or libelous statements
  • False statements of fact presented as verified information
  • Unsupported allegations involving the artist, his family, his team or PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC.
  • Misleading accusations affecting reputation, privacy, rights ownership or commercial identity
  • False affiliation, false representation or source confusion
  • Harassment, coordinated attacks or malicious reputational harm
  • Doxxing, intimidation or publication of private personal information
  • Use of private life, family matters or personal circumstances for harassment or public pressure
  • Use of digital media to spread knowingly false claims
  • Publication of altered, incomplete or misleading materials as factual proof

Privacy, Family & Team Protection

The artist’s family, private life, home environment, personal relationships, internal team communications, non-public administrative matters and private information are not authorized for exploitation, harassment, intimidation, doxxing, misleading publication or monetized controversy.

  • No unauthorized publication of private addresses, phone numbers, emails or location data
  • No harassment or intimidation directed at family members, team members or representatives
  • No false claims involving personal, family, administrative or private matters
  • No misuse of private photos, private messages or non-public materials
  • No impersonation of the artist, family, team or PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC.
  • No misleading use of names, images, screenshots or edited materials
  • No monetized content built on false controversy, private-life speculation or reputational harm
  • No conduct intended to pressure, threaten, expose or unlawfully target protected parties

Lawful Review & Digital Responsibility

Any matter involving alleged defamation, slander, libel, privacy intrusion, harassment, impersonation, false affiliation or unsupported allegations will be evaluated case by case according to available documentation, applicable law, platform policies and lawful procedures.

PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. does not encourage harassment, retaliation, doxxing, unauthorized access, private surveillance or unlawful identification attempts. Any review or identification-related request must be handled only through lawful, platform-approved or authority-approved procedures.

Human Review Required

Human review is required before any escalation, report, preservation request, identification-related request or legal procedure. Applicable jurisdiction, available documentation and lawful procedures must be confirmed before any matter is escalated.

Official policy for the authorized use of image, voice, artist name, registered trademark, videos, photographs, repertoire and promotional material related to the artist.

All visual, audiovisual, audio, promotional, graphic, digital or advertising material related to OSCAR PEREZ CON LA ALEGRE FORMULA NUEVA®, including name, image, voice, performance, registered trademark, repertoire, videos, photographs, logos, visual identity and official materials, is subject to control, authorization and exclusive administration by PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC.

Ownership & Control

Use of material related to the artist does not imply transfer of rights, assignment of ownership or general authorization. Any third-party use is limited to the scope expressly authorized.

Limited License

Any authorization granted is understood as a limited, temporary, specific, non-transferable and non-exclusive license applicable only to the approved event, campaign or purpose.

Official Material

Authorized material must come from official sources or be approved by PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. before any public, promotional or digital use.

No Open Use

Delivery, publication or availability of promotional material does not place such material in the public domain and does not authorize downloading, editing, reuse, monetization or unauthorized exploitation.

  • Official visual identity for the contracted event

Conditions for Use of Official Material

Authorized material may be used only within the scope of the event, show, campaign or promotion previously contracted and approved.

  • Exclusive use for promotion of the contracted event
  • Use limited to the authorized promotional period
  • No altering, cropping, editing or removing watermarks
  • No modification of colors, typography, face, voice, logo or visual identity
  • No association of the material with unauthorized events, brands or third parties
  • No reuse of the material for future events without new authorization

Permitted Uses

The authorized organizer may use official material only within the promotional scope of the contracted event.

  • Design posters, flyers and advertising pieces for the contracted event
  • Promote the authorized event on social media, media outlets and digital platforms
  • Use official photographs within the approved promotional period
  • Use non-editable official promotional videos, when provided
  • Publish event information according to approved details
  • Share official material while respecting the authorized trademark, visual identity and format

Strictly Prohibited Uses

Any unauthorized use affecting the artist’s image, artistic identity, registered trademark, voice, performance, reputation, work, repertoire or rights administered by PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. is strictly prohibited.

  • Using photographs of the artist, group or trademark as a profile picture, cover image or identity of unauthorized pages
  • Creating pages, profiles, groups or accounts that appear to be official without authorization
  • Associating the artist’s image with unauthorized brands, products, campaigns or third parties
  • Altering photos or videos through filters, montages, invasive text or external logos
  • Adding advertising, banners or overlays to musical, official or promotional videos
  • Editing the voice, music, performance, face, gesture, image or visual identity without express authorization
  • Downloading, re-uploading, synchronizing or redistributing content on unauthorized platforms
  • Uploading material to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or other networks outside the approved promotional use
  • Registering content in monetization systems, Content ID, Rights Manager or similar systems
  • Monetizing content without express and verifiable authorization
  • Using material outside the contracted event
  • Extending use to future events without a new license

Customized Promotional Videos

The organizer may request one institutional promotional video per contracted event, subject to the schedule, availability, review and approval of PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC.

  • Exclusive use for promotion of the specific event
  • Not editable
  • Not reusable for other events
  • Not monetizable
  • Not transferable to third parties
  • Not modifiable through filters, AI, cropping, dubbing or visual alteration

Copyright & Related Rights Protection

Authorization to use promotional material does not constitute phonographic, audiovisual, publishing, trademark, commercial, digital or monetization authorization.

  • Phonographic audio rights do not include audiovisual rights
  • Use in video constitutes synchronization and requires express authorization
  • The artist’s voice and performance are protected by related rights
  • The artist’s image, artist name and registered trademark require specific authorization
  • Any digital exploitation requires direct authorization from the artist or PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC.
  • Promotion of an event does not authorize monetization, distribution or registration of digital rights

Registered Trademark Protection

The trademark OSCAR PEREZ CON LA ALEGRE FORMULA NUEVA® and all related names, signs, logos, commercial identifiers and materials are not free use and are not public domain.

  • It may not be modified, abbreviated, deformed or adapted
  • It may not be used as the name of unauthorized pages, profiles, events or third parties
  • It may not be associated with unauthorized events, products, brands or campaigns
  • It may not be used to imply official representation, sponsorship or affiliation
  • It may not be integrated into misleading, confusing or low-quality designs that affect the artist’s identity
  • It may not be used in AI-generated or AI-altered materials without prior review and authorization

Artificial Intelligence, Digital Editing & AI-Generated Material

Any use of artificial intelligence, advanced digital editing, generative filters, image recreation, voice cloning, video modification, animation, restoration, montage, graphic composition or AI-generated material related to the artist, his trademarks, logos, voice, image, videos, photographs, repertoire or visual identity is subject to control, review and prior authorization by PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC.

  • No deforming, improper caricaturing, distorting or altering the artist’s face, body, voice, image or performance
  • No AI-generated promotional pieces that affect the artist’s dignity, reputation, visual quality or artistic identity
  • No modification of logos, trademarks, official colors, typography, photographs, videos or official materials through AI without authorization
  • No cloning, imitation, recreation or alteration of the artist’s voice through AI tools without express authorization
  • No generating videos, posters, flyers, advertisements or promotional pieces that appear officially approved without prior review
  • No use of AI to create false, misleading, grotesque, offensive, degrading or low-quality versions of the artist, his group or his trademarks
  • No use of AI to simulate unauthorized statements, appearances, presentations, greetings, songs, performances or sponsorships
  • No use of AI-generated material for monetization, commercial promotion, ticket sales, advertising or public dissemination without verifiable authorization

Quality Control & Artistic Identity

The artistic integrity, visual identity, public image quality, voice, videos, photographs, trademarks and logos administered by PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. may not be deformed, altered or degraded through artificial intelligence, digital editing or any other technology without prior and verifiable authorization.

Control, Review & Reservation of Rights

PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. reserves the right to review any public, digital, promotional, commercial or audiovisual use of the artist’s name, image, voice, performance, registered trademark, videos, photographs, logos and related materials.

Any improper, unauthorized, confusing, degrading, misleading, unverified or out-of-scope use may be subject to review according to applicable rights, platform policies and corresponding documentation.

Authorization Requests

Any additional authorization must be requested exclusively from PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. before publishing, editing, distributing, monetizing, reusing or associating artist material with events, brands, campaigns or third parties.

General Principle

Event promotion does not justify degradation of the artist’s image, manipulation of his work, alteration of his voice, deformation of his image, misuse of his trademarks or unauthorized exploitation of his content.

Artistic integrity, visual identity, voice, image, reputation, performer’s rights and all rights administered by PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. prevail over any commercial, promotional or advertising interest.

Promotional Material Requests

For requests involving photographs, promotional videos and official information, write to oscarperezfansoficial@gmail.com, specifying the date of the already contracted event, venue, organizer and type of material required. PREZPOWER AMERICAN INC. will review the request and respond as soon as possible.

When in Doubt

When in doubt, request authorization before using, editing, publishing, adapting, designing, generating with AI, distributing, monetizing or associating any material, name, image, voice, video, photograph, logo or trademark related to the artist.
