• 72-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule, we will automatically move your class to the next available date at no additional cost.
• 48-Hour Notice: Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a minor adjustment fee (5%-10%) to accommodate scheduling changes.
• 24-Hour Notice: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled class, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or complimentary rescheduling. However, you have two options:
  • Reschedule with an additional fee of 25%-50%.
  • Retain the payment if you choose not to reschedule.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable; however, missed classes may be made up within the same month with prior agreement.
